Like many organizations, Cramer continues to evolve to better serve the needs of the brand experience, events, and content marketing industries. Audience interactions with brands are changing. So is the response to creating experiences. In the past year, Cramer has created sub-brands to keep our efficiency, adaptability, and creativity at the forefront of our work.

Cramer X is our strategic, full-service event brand experience partnership. Cramer X utilizes all the capabilities within our building (HQ) to support clients with simultaneous initiatives and business objectives. We provide industry-leading strategy, creative, and production, anywhere in the world.

Cramer Health is our healthcare marketing practice. It specializes in patient support services, retention, and adherence programs. We have deep expertise in strategy, patient communications, program management, and content creation, and combine it all under one roof.

Cramer Studios speaks to our scalability capabilities. Cramer Studios supports projects of all sizes, from single-project work to full-scale production. We leverage our in-house talent and 70,000-square-foot studio environment to execute video, design, print, virtual broadcasts, and event production.
